Matrici
Sistemas e Ingeniería S.A. has its origin in the
internal development of the assembly and welding activity of
Matrici S.Coop. that took place in 1996. Its aim is to
extend the supply perimeter of tooling for the automotion industry
according to the market demands.

In
February 2000, the activity becomes independent and the new company
Matrici Sistemas e Ingeniería S.A., whose
social headquarters and facilities are located in Urduliz-Bizkaia
(near Bilbao), is constituted. |

|
The
new company specializes itself in the design, supply and tryout
of “turn-key” automated lines for the assembly and welding
of car body subassemblies. It collaborates with the client to always
offer the solution that best adapts to his needs. |

|
On 1st June 2006, Matrici
Sistemas S.A. becomes part of Grupo Mondragón, and
is named MB Sistemas S.Coop. This juridical change
means the support of the world’s major cooperative group, Mondragón
Cooperative Corporation (MCC).
